Travel Scholarships

CathedralEach year, the consortium  awards travel scholarships to individuals for attendance at national and international meetings with strong emphasis on primary immunodeficiency. Examples of such meetings are those held by ESID, IUIS and FOCIS.

USIDNET is pleased to announce the award of 5 travel scholarships to the 13th Meeting of the European Society for Immunodeficiency (ESID) in s’Hertogenbosch, October 16-19, 2008.

Awardees will receive up to $1500 reimbursed travel costs.

USIDNET is funded by The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), which are components of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services. NIAID supports research to advance the understanding of transplantation and to prevent, diagnose and treat infectious and immune-mediated illnesses. USIDNET administrative support is provided by the
